Disobedience Divert, redirect an industrial manufacturing technique. Technical knitting is here brought to its knitting limit of rectilinear panels to access the three-dimensionality. I present containers made of recycled PET thread made in one operation, seamless. An incredible synergy of industrial partners is needed to produce a simple volume. Since this polyester was created from PET bottle recycling, the container function of these volumes seemed the most logical. Mono-material, mono-machine, multipurpose, what’s more industrial? From this research results a three-dimensional painting, a medium of contemplation, an industrial disobedience.
