ECO-ENERGY
Innovative and Tech Projects
ECO-ENERGY is a project that aims to establish and develop an energy production system that conserves and preserves nature (the ecosystem, the environment); this project aims to transform waste (organic or not) into energy. -This transformation which is centered on two (2) major distinctive processes. -As in the case of plastic waste (non-organic and non-biodegradable) which is based on pyrolysis; a process for the recovery of thermoplastic waste (polyethylene/polypropylene) which consists of heating hermetically (without oxygen) to a suitable temperature to break. Plastics at the molecular scale followed by depolymerization to cause the evaporation of hydrocarbons in the plastics, it has the advantage of producing alternative fuels and chemicals in the form of light hydrocarbons, (such as methane, propane, butane, the latter can be recovered as compressed petroleum gas (GPC) because it has a good energy content and does not contain oxygen); as well as electricity, with cogeneration, this system which runs in loop and therefore self-thermal baths. – pyrolysis offers better control of the degradation of materials, this new process could be adapted to the recycling of plastics. – In the case of organic waste (biodegradable) which is centered on anaerobic digestion, a process for the recovery of organic waste which consists of hermetically heating (without oxygen) the waste to allow the extraction of light hydrocarbon gases (methane,. ..) in decomposing waste; it has the advantage of producing biogas and heat as well as electricity through cogeneration; a system that is also self-thermal. Anaerobic digestion offers better recovery of organic waste which is adapted to the ecosystem. From an environmental point of view, pyrolysis and methanation offer better control of the degradation of materials. This thermal process allows better control of the release of its compounds that are dangerous to health and the environment. This project aims to set up a new, more constructive and conservative way of life with a circular economic model that is the best and most suitable for a future of sustainable development (SDG); this economic model has the advantage of presenting territorial industrial ecology, which values Eco-design has privileged the offer of economic actors to good consumer behavior and to the recovery of waste by generating as many jobs as possible; it’s about doing more and better with less, while recycling and avoiding waste. eco-design which increases repeatability, recycling extends use not exchange and responsible consumption, this reduces the impact of destruction on the ecosystem and the environment and to increase the well-being of each individual.
